I love this soda because it is refreshingly sweet, but not too sweet, with the lovely citrusy flavors of Hibiscus, pineapple and lemon. Here I used the Sirop Co. Hibiscus syrup, 100% real pineapple juice and fresh squeezed lemon. The pineapple juice I used I splurged on and bought 100% real juice, not from concentrate and the natural flavor really makes a difference, in my opinion. The soda takes 3 minutes to make and can be made in to a cocktail by using gin, vodka, or tequila.
Hibiscus Pineapple Lemonade Soda
1.5 oz. Sirop Co. Hibiscus syrup
.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz 100% pure pineapple juice
4 oz. club soda
Put all ingredients in a tall glass with ice and stir. Garnish with lemon or pineapple wedge, or a beautiful Hibiscus flower if you should happen to live in Hawaii! For the Cocktail version, add 2 oz. of your favorite spirit.
