This all-natural root beer syrup is brewed with genuine sarsaparilla root and hand-crushed and toasted spices, and sweetened with cane sugars and molasses. We add whole-bean vanilla extract for a creamy, complex finish. The warming spices match beautifully with bourbons and rums, and the star anise works well with absinthe. Ingredients: water, organic cane sugar, brown sugar, Indian sarsaparilla root, molasses, star anise, clove, other whole spices, real vanilla extract (alcohol, whole bean extractives) 

Refrigerate after opening. Will keep refrigerated for 6 months after opening. Shelf stable.

For sodas, our syrups are typically mixed in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:7 with chilled, sparkling water. This creates a traditional-strength soda in terms of flavor and sweetness.
