Solid cinnamon, no red-hot bite. Just round molasses earthiness underneath and a smell that hits you before the first sip. Stir it into a milk-based coffee drink and the cinnamon softens right down, especially with oat milk, so it reads more like a good bakery than a spice rack. It's also a warm stand-in for simple syrup in an Old Fashioned, if you want something with a little more depth than sugar alone.

If snickerdoodles are your love language, this is the bottle that gets you there. (And if peppermint's never been your thing, consider this your holiday syrup, without the overboard.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does the syrup last after opening?
A: Our syrups are shelf-stable for 24 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 months.

Q: How strong is the cinnamon taste?
A: It's a softer, toasted cinnamon, not the sharp, red-hot kind. You get warm spice over a round molasses base, and it mellows even further in milk-based drinks, especially with oat milk.

Q: Can I use Cinnamon Brown Sugar syrup in hot coffee or milk?
A: Yes, it's made for milk-based coffee drinks. Use ½ oz per drink. The cinnamon softens as it mixes in, so the drink tastes more like a bakery than a spice rack.

Q: Can I use Cinnamon Brown Sugar syrup as a substitute for simple syrup?
A: Yes. In an Old Fashioned it stands in for simple syrup and brings more depth than sugar alone, with cinnamon and molasses in the background. Use ½ oz per drink. It works in espresso martinis and autumn spritzes too.
