This is the pumpkin spice syrup that actually contains pumpkin. We make it with real pumpkin puree (a surprising amount of "pumpkin spice" doesn't), warm cinnamon, organic ginger juice, brown sugar, and a careful blend of spices — so the flavor reads as actual pumpkin pie rather than the abstract "fall vibes" version that shows up in chain coffee shops every September.

Stir an ounce into a latte and you've made a pumpkin spice latte that actually tastes like pumpkin pie. Splash it into bourbon for a Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned. Mix it into hot apple cider for a fall mulling cocktail. Add it to oat milk and espresso for a homemade PSL that costs $1 instead of $7. Equally happy in coffee, cocktails, oatmeal, or whipped cream.

Tasting Notes: real pumpkin, warm cinnamon, ginger snap, soft brown sugar depth, classic pie spice finish

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does the syrup last after opening?
A: Our syrups are shelf-stable for 24 months unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6 months.

Q: How does this compare to the most famous Pumpkin Spice Latte out there?
A: That other version, that launched the whole fall-coffee phenomenon, historically used a syrup with no actual pumpkin in it (real pumpkin wasn't added until 2015). Even today, the bulk of the flavor comes from natural and artificial flavorings plus a lot of sugar. Our Pumpkin Spice Syrup is built around real pumpkin puree, organic ginger juice, real cinnamon, and a careful blend of spices. We think ours tastes more like actual pumpkin pie rather than abstract "fall vibes."

Q: Can I use Pumpkin Spice syrup in baking?
A: Absolutely — and it's surprisingly versatile. Drizzle it over pancakes, French toast, or oatmeal for an instant fall breakfast. Stir it into pumpkin pie filling for extra spice depth. Add it to whipped cream for a topping that turns any dessert into a fall moment. Use it as part of a glaze for sweet potatoes, baked apples, or even pork tenderloin (the spice profile pairs beautifully with savory).
