Care instructions: Never put your cutting board in the dishwasher as the high temperatures and moisture can cause the glue in your cutting board to come undone. To safely wash your board we recommend cleaning with cold or lukewarm water and light dish soap. When the wood starts to appear dry the maker suggest to use Howard Clear food grade mineral oil interior butcher block oil to bring the lustre back to the wood. Enjoy!
